As a founding team, we have lived the growth of the mobile industry, having founded mBlox, Boku and Nexmo – leading companies in the space – and have helped to deliver billions of SMS messages. But we have also learned first-hand the drawbacks and inefficiencies of trying to use legacy authentication solutions in an increasingly mobile world. It is time for the next evolution.
Paul is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in telecoms, mobile and financial services. He was a co-founder and Board member of mobile payments business Boku after his company, Paymo, Inc. was acquired by Boku in 2009. Paul subsequently ran worldwide business development for Boku from 2009 until 2011. Boku floated on the UK AIM market in 2017. Prior to Paymo, Paul was co-founder and COO of mBlox, one of the pioneers of mobile messaging, building a global business active in over 50 countries. mBlox was acquired by Sinch in 2016. Paul previously worked with management consultants Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He has an MBA from INSEAD in France, and an Engineering degree from Cambridge University. He lives in London.
Eric Nadalin has entrepreneurship experiences in both the payments and telecoms spaces for over 20+ years. He cofounded Nexmo and worked as a CTO managing product, engineering and developer relations teams. The company was acquired by Vonage in May 2016. During the dotcom era, he was based in San Francisco and cofounded iPIN, which was later on acquired by Valista and was integrated with major mobile operators around the globe. Eric holds several patents in telecommunication, a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science. He lives in London.
